About Me
I am an accomplished investor with a passion for empowering the communities where I live. I am a member of Owners Club and a part owner in Prop.ai and Creative Title and Escrow. Through these ventures, I actively contribute to innovative real estate solutions, leveraging technology and strategic partnerships to enhance property investments. As a former NCAA skier, I combined my love for skiing with philanthropy as the founder of a free learn-to-ski program for marginalized children. In addition I am a successful multifamily property owner and the founder of a 26 year old property management business.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I have three independent and enthusiastic children. I am a certified seaplane pilot with an instrument rating, and a skilled waterskiing instructor. I often see the needs of others in my community that should be filled, and strive to build programs and support to fill those gaps.
Work Experience
2023 - Present
2018 - 2023
1998 - 2018
After handing off a thriving ski program, I sold some assets in Vermont and invested in myself. I began taking courses in investing and private money lending, and started BD Opportunities consulting in order to provide investors with double digit returns supported by real estate. In the coming months, I will focus on community resilience, affordable housing, and intergenerational prosperity.
I transitioned to the West and began a ski and snowboard program at Rotarun Ski Hill for marginalized students to learn how to love winter sports. My parter and I hand built our dream home together, with our own blood, sweat and tears which enabled us to connect with local construction, labor and real estate employees.
I began my property management experience while being an elementary school teacher and mother of three in Vermont.
"This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being a force of nature instead of a feverish, selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy.

I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the whole community, and as long as I live it is my privilege to do for it whatever I can.

I want to be thoroughly used up when I die, for the harder I work the more I live. I rejoice in life for its own sake. Life is no brief candle for me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got to hold of for the moment and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations."
- George Bernard Shaw
