We believe everyone deserves access to tools that support financial independence and stable housing. We’re working alongside community members to share knowledge, resources, and support — empowering people to move toward homeownership and smart investing at their own pace.
These ideas leverage various partnerships, innovative financial models, and community support to help tenants save for homeownership while ensuring affordable housing.
Local Connections
We have relationships with established, local, and hardworking organizations and nonprofits in order to connect the dots for community members wanting to buy a home. Our goal is not to re-create the wheel, it is to create fluency, empowerment and possibilities for community members who want to continue working, living and thriving in the Wood River Valley.
